
Sanaig Cask Strength
Created from the same recipe of casks as our regular Sanaig release, Sanaig Cask Strength was matured predominantly in oloroso sherry casks. However, instead of adding water once the casks have been selected and vatted, this limited edition Sanaig Cask Strength has been bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.8% alc./vol. The result is an intense combination of rich peat smoke, cinnamon sweetness, and stoned fruits with waves of citrus, mixed spices, and dark chocolate. Loch Gorm 2025
The 2025 Edition is the first ever Loch Gorm aged for over 10 years in oloroso sherry butts, 20 fresh and 3 refill.
13 YEARS OLD
This limited release has been matured for 13 years in a combination of bourbon barrels, octaves and calvados casks.




100% Islay 14th Edition
The 100% Islay 14th Edition was distilled from our 2013 and 2014 barley harvests before being matured in selected bourbon and oloroso sherry casks for a minimum of 9 years.
Port Cask Matured 2024
The Port Cask Matured was aged for the full term of its maturation in ruby port hogsheads, selected from two contrasting ages, the youngest being 6 years old.
Sauternes Cask Matured 2024
The Sauternes Cask Matured has spent its full maturation in ex-sauternes wine casks, selected from a combination of fresh and refill Sauternes barriques from two separate years, the youngest being from 2018.
Loch Gorm 2024
The 2024 edition was distilled in 2014 and matured in 23 oloroso sherry butts previously used by Bodega José y Miguel Martín.






16 YEARS OLD
This landmark release was our oldest global bottling to date at 16 years of age. A stunning combination of 21 casks, both ex-bourbon barrels and ex-oloroso sherry.
COGNAC CASK MATURED
32 barriques were chosen for their exceptional quality and aged for a minimum of six years.
PX Sherry Cask Matured 2023
Matured for a minimum of five years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, the first limited edition to be fully-matured in this cask type.
FINO CASK MATURED
20 Fino Sherry butts were combined after a minimum of five years of maturation has developed a dry salinity, balanced with a green fresh fruit influence.
Loch Gorm 2023
For the 2023 Edition Anthony and Robin selected a total of 22 casks, matured for a minimum of 8 years.
100% Islay 13th Edition
The 100% Islay 13th Edition was distilled from our 2012, 2013 and 2014 barley harvests before being matured for a minimum of 8 years in 44 bourbon barrels.





Machir Bay Cask Strength
This edition is made using the same vatting recipe as our regular Machir Bay bottling however rather than reducing the strength to 46% abv we have released a limited number of bottles at cask strength; 58.3% abv. The higher abv allows for the quality and intensity of the Kilchoman spirit to shine.
100% Islay 12th Edition
The 100% Islay 12th Edition was distilled from our 2011, 2012 and 2013 barley harvests before being matured in 29 bourbon barrels and 6 oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of 8 years.
Casado
Casado (Portuguese for marriage) is matured in fresh bourbon barrels for 6 years before 38 casks were married together for 2 years in two 6,000 litre Portuguese red wine vats.
Madeira Cask Matured
The Madeira Cask Matured was distilled in May 2016 and matured for 5 years and 3 months in 46 fresh Madeira hogsheads, before being bottled at 50% abv in August 2021 and released in March 2022.
Loch Gorm 2022
The 2022 Edition was matured in oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of eight years. The 22 casks selected are a combination of 20 fresh and 2 refill casks.



Loch Gorm 2021
This, the 2021 edition, is a vatting of 24 oloroso sherry butts filled in 2011 and 2012.
100% Islay 11th Edition
The 100% Islay 11th Edition was distilled from our 2007, 2009, 2010, and 2011 barley harvests before being matured in 26 bourbon barrels and 7 oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of 9 years.
PX Sherry Cask Matured 2021
Our first global release of this cask type. A total of 33 casks, 9 fully matured in Pedro Ximénez casks and 24 finished in PX casks for between 12 and 18 months. (47.3% abv)




Fino Sherry Matured
Our first global release of this cask type. The whisky has spent its full maturation in fino casks previously used by Bodega Miguel Martin in Spain, 11 fresh butts and 1 refill butt.
100% Islay 10th Edition
The 100% Islay 10th Edition was distilled from our 2007, 2009 and 2010 barley harvests before being matured in 39 bourbon barrels and 2 oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of 9 years.
Loch Gorm 2020
This, the 2020 edition of Loch Gorm is a vatting of 21 oloroso sherry butts from 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011.
Am Bùrach
A somewhat complicated nine year maturation, a vatting of bourbon and sherry matured Kilchoman combined with port cask matured (mistakenly), then a further bourbon barrel maturation ahead a six month finish in ruby port casks.



100% Islay – 9th Edition
The 100% Islay 9th Edition was distilled from our 2007 and 2009 barley harvests before being matured in 43 ex-bourbon barrels for over 9 years.
Loch Gorm – 2019 Edition
Loch Gorm 2019 is a balance of twenty oloroso sherry butts from 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011, the first edition to contain 12 and 13-year-old casks.
STR Cask Matured
A total of 43 STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) casks filled in 2012 were selected bottled at a strength of 50% abv, the first release of its kind from Kilchoman.




Sauternes Cask Finish 2018
The Sauternes Cask Finish is a vatting of thirty 2012 bourbon barrels married in Sauternes wine casks for five months.
Port Cask Matured 2018
The Port Cask Matured 2018 Edition is a vatting of thirty ruby port hogsheads filled in 2014.
100% Islay – 8th Edition
The 8th Edition is a vatting of 23 bourbon barrels and 7 oloroso sherry butts filled between 2008 and 2012, bottled at 50% ABV.
Loch Gorm 2018
Loch Gorm 2018 is a vatting of nineteen oloroso sherry butts filled in 2007, 2008 and 2011, bottled in Spring 2018.




2009 VINTAGE
The 2009 Vintage is a combination of fresh and refill bourbon barrels, married with three 2008 Oloroso sherry butts, bottled in 2017.
RED WINE CASK MATURED
The Red Wine Cask Matured, distilled in 2012, spent its full maturation in a single cask type from Douro Valley, Portugal.
LOCH GORM 2017
Loch Gorm 2017 is exclusively matured in oloroso sherry butts filled in 2009, bottled in Spring 2017.
100% Islay – 7th Edition
The 7th Edition is a vatting of fresh and refill ex-bourbon barrels filled in 2010 and bottled in 2017.




ORIGINAL CASK STRENGTH 2016
The Original Cask Strength was matured in bourbon quarter casks, filled in 2009 and bottled in 2016 at cask strength.
SAUTERNES CASK MATURED 2016
The Sauternes Cask Matured, distilled in 2011, spent its full maturation in ex Sauternes casks for more than 5 years.
100% ISLAY – 6TH EDITION
The 100% Islay 6th Edition is a vatting of ex-Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels filled in 2010 and bottled in 2016.
LOCH GORM 2016
Loch Gorm 2016 is a vatting of a combination of seventeen first fill and refill oloroso sherry butts, over six years of age, bottled in Spring 2016.




2008 VINTAGE
The 2008 Vintage is a vatting of fresh ex Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels filled in July 2008 and bottled in 2015.
LOCH GORM 2015
Loch Gorm 2015 is a vatting of a combination of sherry butts and hogsheads filled in 2010 and bottled in 2015.
MADEIRA CASK MATURED
The Maderia Cask Matured, filled in 2011 and bottled in 2015, spent it's full maturation in 17 first fill Maderia casks.
100% ISLAY – 5TH EDITION
The 100% Islay 5th Edition is a vatting of ex-Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels from 2009 and 2010 bottled in 2015.




PORT CASK MATURED 2014
The Port Cask Matured spent it's full maturation in ruby port casks filled in 2011 and bottled in 2014.
ORIGINAL CASK STRENGTH 2014
The Original Cask Strength is a vatting of 35 ex bourbon quarter casks filled in 2009 and bottled at cask strength.
LOCH GORM 2014
The Loch Gorm 2014 spent it's full maturation in sherry butts filled in 2009 and bottled in 2014.
100% ISLAY – 4TH EDITION
The 100% Islay 4th Edition is a vatting of 40 ex-Buffalo Trace bourbon fresh and refill barrels, bottled in 2014.



LOCH GORM – 2013 EDITION
The Loch Gorm 2013 spent its maturation in olorosso sherry butts and were finished in olorosso sherry hogshead.
2007 VINTAGE
The 2007 Vintage was aged in a combination of fresh and refill bourbon barrels and was bottled in 2013.
100% ISLAY – 3RD EDITION
The 100% Islay 3rd Edition is a combination of fresh and refill bourbon barrels filled in 2010 and bottled in 2016.


SHERRY CASK RELEASE
The Sherry Cask Release spent 5 years, it's full maturation, in oloroso sherry casks, bottled in 2012.

The 100% Islay 2nd Edition was matured in a combination of fresh and refill Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels.
